Autumn Leaves

Autumn Leaves

On my way down the funky spiral that connects central Handen with the lakes at Rudan, via the pedestrian tunnel at the commuter station tunnel I stopped for this autumn snap of a building you have seen before. Shot with The Nifty Fifty.

  2. Complimentary colors, red barn and yellow leaves. A counter-intuitive depth of field. Nice composition. I've got to learn more about this camera you speak of...

  3. Some of those maple leaves are huge. I like the soft focus created by the depth of field.

  4. The camera is a Canon 550. The lens is the cheap 50mm.

  11. This is a gorgeous photo and I think a painter would love to use it as a source for an oil painting!

  12. I keep watching our leaves but they simply didn't get colors like these: they usually go from dirty green to dirty brown...
