The Cucumber Spider

Cucumber spider

Theme Day. The color green. On the bike I suddenly noticed something green on one of my fingers. It was a cucumber spider. It turned out to be a very lazy spider because it stayed with me for a few kilometres!

I see why they call this little booger a cucumber spider.

  13. Or Summer green today.

Ha ha, a very inexpensive horror movie Olivier!

It's a bit one the tiny side, between 4 and 8 mm long.

Luckily all spiders in this country are harmless, unless you have a phobia of course.

    Thanks Julie.

Shot with my Canon Powershot. It's a good little camera. I bought it last year when one of the lenses I use on the Digital Rebel died. I have a flickr set with photos I have shot with it. Called Power Shots.

Would this qualify as a portrait?

  21. Sure does Abe.

I guess any photo of any living thing could be said to be a portrait, but in my world only people counts.
