Snow Rose
Someone has left a bunch of red roses in the snow next to the execution rock in Jordbro. Not sure why. I can't remember if I have posted a photo of the rock on the blog, but here is a related story from the Summer of 2009.
Isn't that an interesting photo, Steffe. I wonder if the rose is from a friend or relative of either a crime victim or perpetrator. From an artistic perspective, maybe it is better if we don't know and just take the image for what it is. Very nice.
photo classique, mais qui fait toujours un superbe effet, c'est tres romantique
ReplyDeleteDramatic contrast. That murder story was interesting.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the link. Great shot. Thank you Steffe for your comments.
ReplyDeleteDivine photo: the snow, the rose, the light, the shadow.

ReplyDeleteMy first thought was that it might be from a descendant of someone who met their fate here. Very nice contrast against the snow.
ReplyDeletethis rose looks burnt by the cold.
ReplyDeleteMy granddaughter said, "Oh, that's so pretty!"
ReplyDeleteI love the beautiful intense colors of the rose.
