A couple of years I took many photos of sunsets for some reason. These days it doesn't happen all that often as it isn't a very exiting type of photography. But after this long winter with so many grey skies and all that dark it was hard not to notice the fire in the sky yesterday afternoon.
Always a nice shot!
ReplyDeleteWow!! That's fabulous.
ReplyDeleteThat is a particularly interesting sky. It is much more interesting than the skies that, while dramatic, are all fire. You have fire at the bottom and it moves toward ice at the top.
ReplyDeleteWhat a peaceful looking photo!
ReplyDeleteNo smoke from the chimneys?
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!
ReplyDeleteThank you for the welcome back, Steffe. :)
waouhhh magnifique ce ciel et beau contrasme entre le ciel et la ville sous la neige
ReplyDeleteBecause you change your mind about sunsets my visit to your blog was worth while. I do agree that that after awhile they do become boring.
ReplyDeletenothing boring about this shot. it's a beauty.
ReplyDeleteThat's quite a pallete.
ReplyDeleteFire?! I'll say!
ReplyDeleteRarely does the photo capture the actual beauty of sunsets and sunrises, but you've caught it here. Beautiful.
ReplyDeleteReally beautiful!
ReplyDeleteI love the contrasts--blue, red, and winter colors.
ReplyDeleteCatch a fire :)
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing!
We usually don't notice them, or in my case, I am in the house already or still at work. Nice capture.
ReplyDeleteI think that's part of the beauty of living up North - you appreciate the changing skies and seasons more, because you have variety there.
ReplyDeleteIt's a great picture!
