This is Santa's Winter Hammock. I did not know that when i took the photo, but two of my flickr contacts assured me that that was the case. Sadly the bearded fellow wasn't around for a photo-op, so a portrait of him will have to wait for another year.
Oh and this is now the coldest winter in recorded history in this part of the world.

ReplyDeleteI brought my hammock inside so I could use it all winter. But our winter is so mild--with 4 days of rain instead of snow--that I could have just kept it outside. The weather is very strange in Colorado this year.

ReplyDeleteI had thought that a cold winter refered to weather, whereas global warming refered to climate.
Looks inviting but guess nobody will be sitting there until after winter !

ReplyDeleteI love Christmas as much as I love winter. Too bad the East coast is now suffering from blizzards.According to Michael Geffrard, NY is now a city of snow. As I checked the temperature today, it is clear with areas of blowing snow and black ice. I just hope the weather will turn out good before New Year.
