I noticed two new
Roundabout dogs in Handen the other day. So I stopped, jumped off the bike, and managed to run over the road and onto the grassy roundabout without being hit by a car. These dogs looked really Swedish with the flag and all. And the artist had written their url on the dogs.

Cute way to advertise.
ReplyDeleteBut not very effective as no one that passes by here will see anything other than a street art roundabout dog. To find out more you have to find that url and read up on the web site.
ReplyDeleteEasy pet to care for. No mess and no fuss.
ReplyDeleteCute photo but I don't think there's any chance the "artist" will get a job painting Dalahastar in Nusnas at Nils Olsson's company!
ReplyDeleteCute! What a good shot!
ReplyDeleteOh I want this dog! I like the peeing one too.
ReplyDeleteSomething to give you a smile as you fight the traffic. Guerrila art. Love it.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great thing to do, putting up 'roundabout dogs'. I looked it up on Wikipedia and apparently it is a very Swedish phenomenon. I like it, I might put one up here and see how long it'll last, not long, I fear.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad I'm not the only one performing leaps into death to capture a shot!
ReplyDeleteThanks for your "business" card idea when taking pictures of people. That's a really good idea, and I think I'll give it a try.
You be careful out there, Steffe! It's a dog-eat-photographer world.
ReplyDeleteIf this dog chases cars he would just go around in circles, get dizzy and collapse.
ReplyDeleteLove this kind of stuff. I agree with you though is not a very effective way to advertise.
ReplyDeleteCute and FUN!
