It's hard to keep a straight face

It's hard to keep a straight face

This is Aleks. I met her at the green area (and bus stop), outside the mall in Handen yesterday. She was sitting in the sunshine next to Gollum, waiting for the bus. She was on her way home to Hammarby Sjöstad in Stockholm, after a dinner party in Haninge the previous evening. Aleks is a photography student at the MediaGymnasiet (Secondary school), in Nacka. Her two friends, (they were a bit camera shy), did their best to help Aleks out as I took a few portraits.

  2. Another super Steffe portrait! I'm reminded of an old joke, which updated would go:

    Question: "Are you stockings running?"

    Answer: "Yes."

Comment: "Well, you'd better hurry and catch them!"

    I apologize; just couldn't resist!

  3. Her stockings to catch our eye first! Looks like she's in need of a new pair, non?

  5. Her stockings seem to be coordinated with her neck scarf.

  7. All bad jokes are welcome here Jacob.

Hard not to spot someone in fishnet stockings. And it wasn't even that warm.

The first thing I noticed was three girls on a bench in the spring sunshine. Too bad her friends were a bit camera shy.

  8. I have a question not related to the stockings (tho' I do love the fishnets over patterned stockings!)...what is a green area?

  9. There is a busy road here. With a big bus stop. On the other side you will find the mall, with parking lots and what have you. And in the middle of all that there's a lawn, a few bushes and a number of benches. And that is what I call a green area. Not big enough to call it a park so I had to give it another name!
