I have been in bed for a week with the flu or something, but yesterday I decided I needed to go for a longish walk. So I headed over to the old tree and back. On my way home I suddenly heard an engine, and as I came around a corner I spotted Tommy stuck in the snow with his Yamaha. He was using the Yamaha as a snow plougher and that was apparently a bit tricky. So after taking a few photos of Tommy stuck in the snow, I helped him get the 4-wheeler out of the snow, so that was my good deed of the day.
Nice for him that you got outside! I hope you are feeling better.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on your good deed - it is so embarrassing when the big machine for moving snow gets stuck! But it is still easier than using a shovel. Hope you did not get sick again after all of the exertion!

Get well!
ReplyDeleteGlad you're feeling better! Phew!
ReplyDeleteThe snowploW was a good photo! Way to do a good deed! Were you a boy scout growing up in Haninge?
Actually yes, I was a scout, but only for two years I think. Wasn't for me. Too many rules.
ReplyDeleteAfter a flu a good deed indeed! Hope that once in a while it will go unpunished... Get better!
ReplyDeleteJ'aurais bien aimé en avoir un hier ;o))
ReplyDeleteIt is snow fun being stuck in the snow!
ReplyDeleteCheers.

I wish you are better now, Steffe.
ReplyDeleteI adore all these snow photos of yours but I doubt I would get out of the house if I were there!!
He looks like he's having an awfully good time for someone who's plow is stuck. I hope you are feeling much, much better now. And that you got a good new photo of the tree.
ReplyDeleteThat thing doesn't weigh near enough to plow very well. Good for you for helping him get un-stuck. Also I'm glad you're feeling better. I absolutely hate being down sick and stuck in bed. Drives me nuts!
ReplyDeleteI hadn't actually considered that quad bikes would work in the snow, perhaps getting bogged proves they need care!
ReplyDeleteI need to see yesterday's chair without snow by the way!

I do feel a lot better. Although I'm still coughing, and have a runny nose thank you very much.
ReplyDeleteI use a shovel myself, but for the road and the drive way we have a guy with a big tractor to take care of the snow.
I'd see to it that you got out of the house every now and then lemon!
I will keep you updated on the chair!
