Meet Jocke Lavett. One of the new members of the Tattarklanen. He is interested in ancient handicraft, like the works of a blacksmith and he also wants to learn how to work with bronze and leather. Jocke is currently a student at the Bäckedals Folkhögskola in Sveg. And he plays in a band, Älgarna. And I do think he looks like a true Viking!
Aw, c'mon. Who's gonna be afraid of a Viking with a ring in his nose? It's probably so his woman can lead him around! ;-)

Wow. That nose ring has got to hurt every time you blow your nose or pick it.

ReplyDeleteGrass it is. The old cottage is today a museum. Owned and operated by Agnes and Martin who organized this Viking Market. I met them last year as they gave a concert at a gallery. And obviously I took their photo.

wow!! this men really have all appereance of one medieval blacksmith, and beside he want to learn how to work leather, impressive, all the old skills.
