The newly widened bike path along Riddarholmskanalen. The Old Town to the left, Riddarholmen to the right. It used to very dangerous cycling here. Much better now, and you are no longer allowed to walk here. There is a new pedestrian sidewalk up ahead to the left. But as the stairs are still there I think it is easy for tourists to walk down here and get run over. I shot this from the bike. Oh, and the canoe deck where people also used to fish from is gone.
The fences do look so streamline
ReplyDeleteVisually interesting shot. I can see it as a puzzle as well. I also like that you have dedicated bike lanes. In DC, pedestrians kept getting run over.
