Midsummer Dinner

Varmrökt lax med dillstuvad potatis
My personal fishmonger, Jujja, (one of my BBQ buddies), dropped by with hot smoked salmon just before Midsummer. On the phone with the brother in Barcelona, so he gave me his recipe for salmon with dill stewed potatoes and demanded a photo as proof, so here it is, and it was delicious. Oh, and a former Flickr friend from the US who spends his online time mostly at BlueSky wanted the recipe so I gave it to him.

  1. Glad you posted the recipe! Now I know. It is essentially what my mother used to make and called "creamed potatoes." Sadly, without the dill. Next time I make them, I'll add it.
